Banana Republic Republic Factory is looking for a full-time sales associate to join our team in our Grand Prairie, TX location. We are a small family owned business that specializes in the sale of used furniture and mattresses. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and wants to be part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter our store
• Engage in conversation with customers to understand their needs and sell products related to their needs
• Maintain visual and verbal communication with customers to ensure each customer has a positive experience
• Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Assist customers with product selection, fill out orders, and gather information about products
• Manage production lines to ensure customer orders are processed, packaged, and shipped quickly and efficiently
• Keep the store clean and organize
• Help maintain store front appearance and all signs
• Assist with opening and closing of the store as needed

Skills:

• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.25 - $14.75 per hour
